Imagine a few days away from it all with a bunch of like-minded women.

In picturesque surroundings you could find yourself running places you have never run before.
Spending time stretching and doing gentle yoga, fed with vegan food which is all aimed at giving you the best chance at making the most out of the weekend. There will of course be some free time, as well as a meal out at the end of the retreat to relax before heading home.

  • 3-7 days both here and abroad.
    Location picked for the trails, we will take you away from it all & offer running. stretch, yoga, walks and some free time each day.

  • Vegan food is provided based around fuelling and recovery to enable you to get the most out of the retreat.

  • A meal out on the last evening where we can relax, enjoy a drink & some good food before heading home after a sunrise run on the last day,

  • A 3-day, 50-100 mile route with nightly stays and meals as per retreat.
